After being officially diagnosed in 2016; My life changed. I was told I had three types of Stage IV Cancer and only a handful of people were instrumental in me moving forward. I know a lot of people but they dropped the ball when the hard times came and I had to gather the strength to move forward.

 

​My cancer story started 2.24.14; I remember my yearly mammogram being very painful. And yet, somehow I left the office with no answers! It wasn’t until 6.24.16; a knot growing inside on my eye orbit was discovered, but it was too late. Like many others my original symptoms were ignored. But, fast forward two years later; Surgery was done on my eye (6.24.16) and the diagnosis was given.

Cancer was found in my body.

But my fight isn’t over! 

​
